OUR STORY

When two camping enthusiasts camped together, they often discussed private property rather than sold-out parks and campgrounds for the holidays.
What if there was a place to just chill for cheap, and invite others to do the same?
This 1.5-acre property sits along the Sixteen Mile Creek, which draws its water from the St. John's River. When the property was first viewed, it was love at first sight. When walking to the creek, it seems like forever until you climb the berm and look down.
It's so peaceful back there. I'll bring a chair and sit, looking out at the lazy water sweeping by, with a subtle breeze enough to keep you cool.
Come and enjoy it like Dana and I do.
Pack a cooler and water, sit by a fire, and enjoy.

WE PUT
NATURE FIRST
I love nature, always have since I was a boy growing up in rural New England. Now a semi-native living in Central Florida, I believe that the land needs to be preserved, especially in Florida. I've created a space with minimal environmental impact, allowing the natural flow of deer paths and other wildlife that venture through the property.
Come enjoy nature as it was intended to be, pure and clean
